Get a first hand insight into Finn Taylor’s new campaign for Apple. Produced by DMB!

Finn was commissioned to bring to life knife-wielding Crime stars, Sarah Hilary, Joseph Knox and Val McDermid for Apple’s Crime Authors Book Club. Delicate portraits were shot to sit on iTunes and in store windows, along with a group shot reminiscent of Film Noir 1940’s writer haunts. We hired a regal (literally) stately home in Harrogate, where Finn set up a dim room for the portraits, and had a wood panelled, Chesterfield sofa squeeking, cigar smelling lounge for the group shot. Finn tried to stitch a thrilling air of suspense into the author’s faces, pulling the viewers into their murdering imaginations and books.
